KADAI / KADHAI / KARAHI - Traditionally known as a kadai and very similar to a wok is this cooking pan in a deep and wide round structure to let you cook or fry sharing portions of tasty food. Built with steep sloping wall all way round it will be easy to scoop/pour food, and as the double handle are attached on the outside; hence no food being stuck.

NON-STICK ENAMEL – For enduring strength & protection, this karahi is built with a non-stick enamel coating. The thick black/white dot enamel is fused to give many admirable qualities such as durability, smoothness and most importantly non-stick! It will reduce chances of food residue, making it effortless to cook & clean. Minimal amount of butter/oils/fats will do the job.

FLAT BASE – For stability while cooking or deep frying, this kadhai is built with a firm flat base. A flat base will make the kadhai easy to function as it will securely stay in the hob, but when working with food it will continuously rise the heat upwards so side wall stays warm and enable a constant contact between food and heat for efficient cooking/frying.
